9/11

So today's the day. Another anniversary of the day our generation will never forget. Other generations were impacted, too... but it was our first. Our first big "where were you when" type of days.

It's been 12 years, and I live fairly close to a memorial site, and yet I still haven't seen it.

Flight 93 happened about 55 miles away from where we live. I've heard great things about the memorial there, but never had a chance to go. One day, Brian and I will take the kids to see it and we can tell them "where we were" when we heard about the day that changed our country.

So let's all just take a moment to remember. Remember what we were doing, how we found out, what we felt. Just remember.

And thank you to everyone and anyone that helps and serves our nation.
